FEATURES
100% birch shells
The Birch series shells are made from 6 plies of birch with a total thickness of 4.8 mm. Sound was the highest priority when designing Polmuz drums. Balanced midrange and high tones ensure great versatility across many music styles. Full, focused tone and rich resonance of the shells were achieved through carefully selected birch plies and focus on shell forming and bearing edge design.

Bearing Edges
The 45° cut bearing edge ensures optimal contact with the head. Every edge on Polmuz drums has been sanded and additionally waxed, ensuring perfect head-to-shell contact. The result is clear tone across the full frequency range. Sharp bearing edge finish on toms provides quick attack and short sustain, while the rounded edge on bass and floor toms generates unique and warm vintage tone.

ABOUT THE BRAND
Polmuz - a legendary brand producing the first Polish drums, known to every drummer. The company was founded in the 1960s, and its facilities were located at 75/77 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. Besides drums, Polmuz also produced percussion and wind instruments. The last drums were produced in the late 1990s, and subsequently disappeared completely from the market. In 2018, the team of the specialized drum shop DrumStore from Gdynia decided to reactivate the Polmuz brand by acquiring full rights to its name.
Today Polmuz produces high-quality drum kits and ethnic instruments that match the best products of the competition. Bold design combined with proven solutions have made Polmuz rapidly conquer not only the Polish drum market, but also the hearts of those who remember their first Polmuz drums.
