RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
who may withdraw:
We're well aware that shopping online involves risk. In particular, musical instruments need to suit you both in terms of sound and appearance. That's why we give our customers the option to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
withdrawal period:
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you or a person authorized by you takes possession of the item. To meet the deadline mentioned in the previous sentence, it's enough to send your statement before it expires.
Returns of goods up to 365 days
If, despite everything, you're not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it within 365 days of the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of it, without giving any reason!!
We fully understand that shopping online carries certain risks. You can't touch or listen to the product before buying.
That's why we actually encourage returning or exchanging equipment that doesn't quite suit you for something else.
We care more about customer satisfaction and our good reputation than about money.
It's important that the returned item is clean and undamaged.
There's nothing wrong with the customer using the equipment during these 14 days, but it should be used in the way you would when checking it out in a physical store. If you're returning an item after 15-365 days, the item must be new and unopened, with original tags.
The basis for a return is, of course, the receipt or invoice, so please keep them safe and out of reach of children :).
The refund of payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by our store) will be made promptly, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we receive your statement of withdrawal from the sales contract.
how to submit a withdrawal statement:
you can exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a statement using the form, a template of which is available in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, as well as on our store's website link, although this isn't mandatory. The statement can be sent to us by email or regular mail.
withdrawal costs:
Withdrawal from the contract doesn't involve any costs other than: direct return costs and additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by us.
payment refund:
The refund of payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by our store) will be made promptly, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we receive your statement of withdrawal from the sales contract.
using the product:
There's nothing wrong with checking out the music equipment during these 14 days. However, remember to use it the way you would when checking it out in a physical store.
RETURNS OF GOODS PURCHASED IN THE DRUMSTORE PHYSICAL STORE /NOT ONLINE/
Returns of goods are possible within 2 weeks upon presentation of proof of purchase.
However, the customer receives store credit equal to the value of the purchased equipment in return; it's also possible to exchange the item for another product.
We don't refund cash.
The right to return goods doesn't apply when the customer reserves an item by phone/email and payment is made upon personal pickup by cash/card rather than by bank transfer. In such a situation, only the right to exchange the item for another applies. Such an order is treated as a reservation of goods, not the conclusion of a purchase/sale agreement.
Special order products
In accordance with Polish law, it's not possible to return goods made to special order.
If the item was made to special order - this applies to Model 1 and Model 2 drum kits made in Poland, marked on the website as "Production time .. days or weeks" - you can't return it.
This applies especially if there's a personal badge inside the instrument. This also applies to Polmuz cymbals produced to order, i.e. not in stock and made specifically for the customer's order.
warranty terms:
Our store sells new products from renowned brands. A manufacturer's warranty is issued for every product purchased from us. The warranty document is delivered to you together with the product.
