Polmuz Classic SET is the most versatile series among the company's models. The cymbals have been carefully selected together to achieve an excellent price point.

A wide range of tones spans from a dark, sandy sound to a full, bright expression.

B20 Alloy

The cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, an alloy of copper and tin with a proportion of 80/20. B20 cymbals are characterized by a rich, dark and warm tone. The high tin content makes the material harder.

B20 bronze is used in the production of the highest series of cymbals by manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian and Meinl. Without a doubt, it is the best alloy for the production of percussion cymbals.

Polmuz cymbals are uniquely weight-shifted at the edges. This allows the cymbals to achieve full sound without requiring excessive striking force.

Thickness

The medium thickness of the Polmuz Heavy Hand-Forged SET 14", 16", 20" makes these cymbals extremely versatile. They work great in most musical styles.

Production

The cymbals are handcrafted entirely in our manufactory in Turkey. This gives each cymbal a unique character. This country has a long-standing tradition in cymbal manufacturing. For years, they have been valued for their original production process, quality, and most importantly – reasonable prices. It is no wonder that these instruments are considered among the best in the world.

SET Includes:

  • Hi-hat 14" thin
  • Crash 18" thin
  • Ride 20" paper thin

Warranty

Each cymbal (except splashes) is covered by a unique warranty. Unlike other manufacturers, Polmuz only needs a photo of the defect. If your cymbal cracks, you send us a photo of it, and our staff will take care of the rest.

Polmuz ensures that during the warranty process, the user doesn't have to part with their product. While we send you a new cymbal, you can still use your favorite Polmuz cymbal.

Quality and Professionalism

Polmuz, like the highest series from leading manufacturers, is treated individually, meaning there can be no compromise or defect in the drum set. Each percussion element undergoes careful inspection upon unpacking and is checked with a discerning, professional eye. We strive for Polmuz to be recognized as a premium product - all shell edges must be perfectly straight and smooth, and are additionally waxed to provide an even greater sense of professionalism and comfort. As we well know, a perfectly smooth edge brings joy and satisfaction during the traditional ritual of running your hand along the edge before installing a new head, not to mention the ease of tuning the drum and the perfect sound of the shell. Additionally, all drum hardware is checked because there is nothing more pleasant than smoothly threading screws into perfectly fitted lugs. After such thorough quality control, individual components of the set receive a sticker with a serial number, date, and a handwritten signature confirming the drum's high quality. Should any defect or irregularity be found, the shell is manufactured anew.

About the Polmuz Brand

Polmuz - a legendary brand producing the first Polish drums, known to every percussionist. The company was founded in the 1960s, and its facilities were located at 75/77 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. Besides drums, Polmuz also produced percussion accessories and wind instruments. The last drums were manufactured in the late 1990s, after which they completely disappeared from the market. In 2018, the team from the specialist percussion shop DrumStore in Gdynia decided to revive the Polmuz brand by acquiring full rights to its name.

Today, Polmuz produces high-quality drum sets and ethnic instruments that are in no way inferior to the best products from competitors. Bold design combined with proven solutions has allowed Polmuz to rapidly conquer not only the Polish percussion market, but also the hearts of those who remember their first Polmuz drums.
