Polmuz Classic Light Hihat 15" heavily forged

Polmuz heavily forged is the most versatile series among the company's professional models.

A wide range of sound spans from dark, sandy tones to full, bright expression.

Produced in many versions, from paper thin to heavy or rock. Even the most demanding drummers are forced to admit that you can hear a familiar note here, known from the classic K/Constantinople series. That's exactly what Polmuzes are – rooted in tradition, hand-forged, they are the company's signature.

B20 ALLOY

Cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, an alloy of copper and tin with a proportion of 80/20. Cymbals made from B20 are characterized by rich, dark and warm sound. High tin content makes the material harder.

B20 bronze is used for the production of the highest series of cymbals by manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian and Meinl. Without a doubt, it is the best alloy for the production of percussion cymbals.

FINISH

The Polmuz Heavily Forged series is finished in a traditional way. Visible traces of intense hammering immediately suggest that we are dealing with true, artisanal production. The entire cymbal surface has been additionally lathed.

This processing method ensures that Polmuz cymbals not only sound great, but also look stunning.

FORGING METHOD

Each cymbal has been additionally forged during production. This adds character, and the sound becomes sandier and gains significantly in depth.

CYMBAL EDGES

Polmuz cymbals feature an original taper at the edges. This allows the cymbals to achieve full sound without requiring excessive striking force.

THICKNESS

The thin thickness of the Polmuz Heavily Forged SET 14", 18", 20" makes these cymbals very versatile. They work great in most musical styles.

PRODUCTION

The cymbals are made entirely by hand in our manufactory in Turkey. This gives each cymbal a unique character. This country has a long-standing tradition in cymbal manufacturing. For years they have been valued for their original production process, quality, and most importantly – reasonable prices. It is no wonder that these instruments are considered among the best in the world.

SET INCLUDES:

  • Hi-hat 14" thin
  • Crash 18" thin
  • Ride 20" paper thin

WARRANTY

Each cymbal (except splash) is covered by a unique warranty. Unlike other manufacturers, Polmuz only needs a photo of the defect. If a cymbal cracks, you send us a photo of it, and our employees take care of the rest.

Polmuz ensures that during the warranty review process, the user doesn't have to part with their product. While we ship you a new cymbal, you can continue to enjoy your favorite Polmuz cymbal.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Polmuz - a legendary brand producing the first Polish drums, known to every drummer. The company was founded in the 1960s, and its factories were located at 75/77 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. Besides drums, Polmuz also produced percussion instruments and wind instruments. The last drums were made in the late 1990s, after which they completely disappeared from the market. In 2018, a team from the specialist percussion shop DrumStore from Gdynia decided to revive the Polmuz brand by purchasing full rights to its name.

Today Polmuz is a high-quality percussion set and ethnic instruments, in no way inferior to the best competitors' products. Bold design combined with proven solutions made Polmuz quickly conquer not only the Polish percussion market, but also the hearts of those who remember their first Polmuz drums.
