Polmuz Hel Ride Light 21"

Polmuz Hel Ride Light 21" is a cymbal that captivates with its appearance. Strong forging, stripped of the bell, combines selectivity with a light, sandy wash. The entire Hel series is finished in black with a penetrating raw, rustic coloration.

A wide range of sound is contained between a dark, focused and deep tone.

The cymbal is medium thickness. Its weight combined with dark and resonant sound makes it an excellent choice for jazz musicians with a penchant for harder playing.

B20 BRONZE

The cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, an alloy of copper and tin with a proportion of 80/20. B20 sheets are characterized by a rich, dark and warm tone. High tin content makes the material harder.

B20 bronze is used in the production of the highest series of cymbals by manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian and Meinl. Undoubtedly, it is the best alloy for the production of percussion cymbals.

FINISH

In the Hel series, a raw finish was chosen. It immediately suggests that we are dealing with true, artisanal production. The cymbal surface has been re-forged, except for the bell. The entire piece was darkened and polished, giving the cymbal a truly dark and prestigious character.

This type of processing ensures that cymbals from the Hel series not only sound great, but also look stunning.

FORGING METHOD

Each cymbal was additionally forged during production. This adds character, and the sound becomes sandier and gains significantly in depth.

CYMBAL EDGES (THINNED)

Polmuz cymbals are uniquely thinned at the edges. This allows the sheets to achieve full sound without the need for excessive striking force.

THICKNESS

Polmuz Hel Ride 21" is a medium thickness cymbal with resonant and deep sound. It works great in rock styles as well as jazz.

PRODUCTION

The cymbals were made entirely by hand in our manufactory in Turkey. Hence the unique character of each sheet. This country has a long-standing tradition in cymbal manufacturing. For years they have been valued for their original production process, quality, and most importantly, their reasonable price. WARRANTY

Each cymbal (except splash) is covered by a unique warranty. Unlike other manufacturers, Polmuz only needs a photo of the defect. If your cymbal cracks, you send us a photo of it, and our staff will take care of the rest.

Polmuz ensures that during the warranty process, you do not have to part with your product. Until your new cymbal arrives, you can continue to use your favorite Polmuz cymbal.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Polmuz - a legendary brand that produced the first Polish drums, known to every percussionist. The company was founded in the 1960s, and its facilities were located at Grochowska Street 75/77 in Warsaw. Besides drums, Polmuz also produced noisemakers and wind instruments. The last drums were produced in the late 1990s, and then completely disappeared from the market. In 2018, the team of the specialist percussion shop DrumStore from Gdynia decided to reactivate the Polmuz brand by purchasing complete rights to its name.

Currently Polmuz is a high-quality percussion set and ethnic instruments that are no different from the best products of competitors.
