B20 BRONZE

The cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, a copper and tin alloy with an 80/20 proportion. B20 cymbals are characterized by rich, dark, and warm tones. The high tin content makes the material harder.

B20 bronze is used by top manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian, and Meinl for their premium series. It is undoubtedly the finest alloy for cymbal production.

FINISH

The 07 series features a hybrid finish. The raw finish on the edges and bell immediately suggests authentic, handcrafted production. The remaining cymbal surface is lathed and finished to a high polish.

This processing method ensures that the 07 series cymbals not only sound fantastic but also look stunning.

HAMMERING TECHNIQUE

Each cymbal undergoes additional hammering during production. This adds character and the tone becomes sandier with significantly increased depth.

CYMBAL EDGES (LATHED)

Polmuz cymbals feature a distinctive lathed edge. This allows the cymbals to achieve full sound without requiring excessive striking force.

THICKNESS

ABOUT THE BRAND

Polmuz - a legendary brand producing Poland's first drums, known to every percussionist. The company was founded in the 1960s, with facilities located at 75/77 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. In addition to drums, Polmuz produced percussion effects and wind instruments. The last drums were produced in the late 1990s, after which they completely disappeared from the market. In 2018, the team from the specialized percussion shop DrumStore in Gdynia decided to revive the Polmuz brand by acquiring full rights to its name.

Today Polmuz represents high-quality percussion sets and ethnic instruments that rival the best products on the market. Bold design combined with proven solutions has allowed Polmuz to rapidly capture not only the Polish percussion market, but also the hearts of those who remember their first Polmuz drums.
