Polmuz - MODEL 10 - Hihat 15" is a cymbal that captivates with its looks. Heavy hammering, which the bell was left free of, combines selectivity with a light, sandy wash. The entire MODEL 10 series is kept in black with a rusty, raw coloring running through it.

The wide range of sound spans between a dark, focused, and deep sound.

The cymbal is medium thickness. The weight, combined with a dark and resonant sound, makes it a great choice for jazz musicians with a taste for harder playing.

Stop B20

The cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, an alloy of copper and tin in an 80/20 ratio. Cymbals made from B20 are characterized by a rich, dark, and warm sound. The high tin content makes the material harder.

B20 bronze is used to produce the top-tier cymbal series by manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian, and Meinl. It is without doubt the best alloy for producing drum cymbals.

Finish

In the Model 10 series a raw finish was chosen. It immediately suggests genuine, hand-crafted production. The surface of the cymbal has been re-hammered, with the exception of the bell. The whole was darkened and polished, giving the cymbal a truly dark and at the same time prestigious character.

This treatment makes the Model 10 series cymbals not only sound great, but also look stunning.

Hammering Method

Every cymbal has been additionally hammered during production. This adds character, and the sound becomes sandier and gains significantly in depth.

Cymbal Edges (thinned)

Polmuz cymbals are thinned at the edges in an original way. This allows the cymbals to achieve full sound without the need for excessive striking force.

Every cymbal (except splashes) is covered by a unique warranty. Unlike other manufacturers, Polmuz only needs a photo of the defect. If your cymbal cracks, just send us a photo of it and our staff will take care of the rest.

Polmuz makes sure that during the complaint process the user doesn't have to part with their product. Until your new cymbal is shipped, you can still use your favorite Polmuz cymbal.
