Polmuz - MODEL 10 - Ride 22" is a cymbal that captivates with its appearance. Strong forging, devoid of bell, combines selectivity with a light, sandy wash. The entire MODEL 10 series is maintained in black with a penetrating rusty, raw finish.

A wide range of sound is contained between dark, focused and deep tone.

The cymbal is medium thickness. Weight combined with dark and resonant sound makes it an excellent choice for jazz musicians with an inclination toward harder playing.

STOP B20

Cymbals were forged from B20 bronze, an alloy of copper and tin with a proportion of 80/20. Plates made from B20 are characterized by rich, dark and warm sound. High tin content makes the material harder.

B20 bronze is used in the production of the highest series of cymbals by manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian and Meinl. Undoubtedly, it is the best alloy for the production of percussion cymbals.

FINISH

In the Model 10 series, a raw finish was chosen. It immediately suggests that we are dealing with true, artisanal production. The surface of the plate was re-hammered, except for the bell. The whole was darkened and polished, giving the cymbal a truly dark and at the same time prestigious character.

Such treatment ensures that cymbals from the Model 10 series not only sound great, but also look amazing.

HAMMERING METHOD

Each cymbal was additionally hammered during production. This adds character, and the sound becomes sandier and significantly gains in depth.

CYMBAL EDGES (THINNED)

Polmuz cymbals have been uniquely thinned at the edges. This allows the plates to achieve full sound without the need for excessive striking force.

THICKNESS

Polmuz - MODEL 10 - Ride 22" is a standard thickness cymbal with resonant and deep sound. Works great in rock styles as well as jazz.

PRODUCTION

Cymbals were created entirely by hand in our manufactory in Turkey. Hence the unique character of each cymbal. This country has a long-standing tradition in cymbal manufacturing. For years they have been valued for their original production process, quality, and most importantly – reasonable price. WARRANTY

Each cymbal (except splash) is covered by a unique warranty. Unlike other manufacturers, Polmuz only needs a photo of the defect. If your cymbal cracks, you send us a photo and our staff will take care of the rest.

Polmuz ensures that during the warranty claim process, the user does not have to part with their product. Until the new cymbal is sent, you can continue to use your favorite Polmuz cymbal.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Polmuz - legendary brand producing the first Polish drums, known to every percussionist. The company was founded in the 1960s, and its facilities were located at 75/77 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. In addition to drums, Polmuz also produced percussion and wind instruments. The last drums were produced in the late 1990s and then completely disappeared from the market. In 2018, the team of the specialist percussion shop DrumStore from Gdynia decided to revive the Polmuz brand by acquiring full rights to its name.
