B20 ALLOY

Cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, an alloy of copper and tin with an 80/20 ratio. B20 cymbals are characterized by rich, dark, and warm tones. High tin content makes the material harder.

B20 bronze is used to produce the highest series of cymbals by manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian, and Meinl. It is undoubtedly the best alloy for cymbal production.

FINISH

The Polmuz Heavily Forged series features traditional finishing. Visible marks of intense hammering immediately suggest that we're dealing with authentic, artisanal production. The entire cymbal surface has been additionally lathed.

This finishing method ensures that cymbals from the Model C series not only sound fantastic but also look stunning.

FORGING METHOD

Each cymbal has been additionally hand-forged during production. This adds character, making the sound sandier and significantly increasing depth.

CYMBAL EDGES

Polmuz cymbals feature a unique edge thinning. This allows the cymbals to achieve full tone without requiring excessive strike force.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Polmuz - a legendary brand that produced the first Polish drums, known to every drummer. The company was founded in the 1960s, with facilities located at Grochowska Street 75/77 in Warsaw. Besides drums, Polmuz also produced percussion effects and wind instruments. The last drums were produced in the late 1990s, after which the brand completely disappeared from the market. In 2018, the team of the specialized drum shop DrumStore from Gdynia decided to revive the Polmuz brand by acquiring full rights to its name.

Today Polmuz represents high-quality drum kits and ethnic instruments that match the best products of the competition. Bold design combined with proven solutions have made Polmuz rapidly conquer not only the Polish drum market, but also the hearts of those who remember their first Polmuz drums.
