B20 BRONZE
The cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, an alloy of copper and tin with a 80/20 proportion. B20 cymbals are characterized by rich, dark and warm sound. The high tin content makes the material harder.
B20 bronze is used in the production of the highest series of cymbals by manufacturers such as Sabian, Zildjian and Meinl. Without a doubt, it is the best alloy for cymbal production.
FINISHING
In the Polmuz Rudis model, raw finishing was chosen. It immediately suggests that you are dealing with true, handcrafted production. The cymbal surface has been re-hammered, and the slightly rusty color only emphasizes its aggressive character.

This processing method means that cymbals from the Rudis series not only sound great but also look stunning.
FORGING METHOD
Each cymbal has been additionally re-forged during production. This adds character, and the sound becomes sandier and gains significantly in depth.
CYMBAL EDGES (TAPERED)
Polmuz cymbals have been uniquely tapered at the edges. This allows the cymbals to achieve full sound without the need for excessive striking force.
THICKNESS
Polmuz Rudis Light 14" Hi-Hat cymbals are relatively light and therefore thin. Their weight makes them an ideal choice for musicians who prefer light music genres such as jazz, fusion or indie rock.
PRODUCTION
The cymbals are made entirely by hand in our manufactory in Turkey. This gives each cymbal a unique character. This country has a long-standing tradition of cymbal manufacturing. ABOUT THE BRAND
Polmuz - a legendary brand manufacturing the first Polish drums, known to every drummer. The company was founded in the 1960s, and its facilities were located at 75/77 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. In addition to drums, Polmuz produced noise-makers and wind instruments. The last drums were produced in the late 1990s, and then disappeared completely from the market. In 2018, the team of the specialized drum shop DrumStore from Gdynia decided to revive the Polmuz brand by purchasing complete rights to its name.
Today, Polmuz is a high-quality percussion set and ethnic instruments manufacturer, in no way inferior to the best products of its competitors. Bold design combined with proven solutions has made Polmuz rapidly conquer not only the Polish percussion market, but also the hearts of those who remember their first Polmuz drums.
