The Dark Hammer series finish is very distinctive - characterized by striking stripes and visible hand forging. The cymbals are highly responsive to dynamics, and despite their dark, matte bell tone, they can deliver a strong rock sound. Playing on the cymbal surface is earthy, low, dark, with a very pleasant tone.

Turkish uses the exact same cymbal manufacturing techniques as Istanbul Agop and Mehmet, achieving an amazing effect comparable to and in some aspects exceeding these manufacturers.
