The cymbal undergoes a long process of manual hand-forging, marked by strong hammering just before the cymbal undergoes the cutting process. Jazz cymbals are additionally loud and have a strong, energetic sound – which may seem misleading at first glance, given the series name.

The cymbals are forged from B20 bronze, all processing is done by hand, hence the unique character of each cymbal and finish. The cymbals are thin, ideally suited as a universal set.

Turkish uses exactly the same cymbal manufacturing techniques as Istanbul Agop and Mehmet, achieving an amazing effect comparable and in some aspects surpassing the mentioned manufacturers.
